Santa Bus Family Event!

Our annual Santa Bus event is on the calendar again, set for Friday, December 6, 2019! Last year's event brought in over THREE TIMES the attendees from the previous year. By far the largest (and coldest) Santa Bus event to date. And the best part is we raised $2,500 for families connected with the ‘Parenting Children with Special Needs’ charitable organization!
Parenting Children with Special Needs, Inc. (PCWSN Charity) is a Missouri 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life of families who have a child with challenges associated with a medical diagnosis.  The holiday season can be especially difficult for these families, so our Santa Bus event was created to raise money in an effort to help lighten their burden.
We invite you and your family to come enjoy this FREE event and help us raise money for these precious families! We'll have plenty of great raffle items and a donation bucket. If you can't attend but want to make a differ! ...

Cold Weather Home Tips

Summer didn't ease us into fall this year, did it?  Remember when it went from 75 degrees to 38 degrees all in the same day?  Pretty harsh.  And now snow is coming!
Since you didn't have a lot of time to adjust, we thought we'd share a list of some of the important ways to winterize your home and yard, before winter sets in.

Gutters - Maintain and clean your gutters by removing all debris so water can properly drain.
Roof - Replace damaged shingles. If you have a fireplace, check for gaps around the flashing.
Water Heater - Wrap your water heater in an insulating jacket.
Furnace - Have your! ...

1. Prices Will Continue to Rise
CoreLogic’s latest Home Price Insights Report shows that home prices have appreciated by 3.6% over the last 12 months. The same report predicts prices will continue to increase at a rate of 5.8% over the next year.

2. Mortgage Interest Rates Are Projected to Increase Next Year
The Primary Mortgage Market Survey from Freddie Mac indicates that interest rates for a 30-year mortgage have recently hovered just above 3.5%. This is great news for buyers in the market right now, because low interest rates increase your purchasing power – but don’t wait! Most experts predict rates will rise over the next 12 months. The Mortgage Bankers Association, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac,0 ...
