We're back with another easy weeknight family dinner... Cowboy Casserole! The combination of ground beef, corn, cheddar cheese, and sour cream gets you going; the giddy-up happens when you top it with crispy tater tots!
This one's super simple and totally customizable (be sure to check out the variations at the end)!
Cowboy Casserole
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 cup corn
2/3 cup condensed Cream of Mushroom soup
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded and divided
1/3 cup whole milk
1/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
32 ounces frozen tater tots
DirectionsPreheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until browned. Drain grease and return to skillet. Add the corn, cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup cheese (saving the other half for later), milk, sour cream, onion powder, and black pepper to the skillet and mix well.

We know a lot of you are facing the challenge of what to make for dinner... AGAIN! Most of us are struggling with that, too. Today we're sharing a delicious dish for the taco lovers in your life. (And you can make this one on days other than Tuesday.)
This Taco Casserole recipe is loaded with all your Mexican favorites and can be topped with Doritos, Fritos, or tortilla chips, or you can combine them all! It's easy to assemble days ahead of time and bake later for a simple, tasty dinner.
Taco Casserole Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1 small yellow onion, diced
3/4 cup water
1 oz. taco seasoning (or 2 tablespoons)
16 oz. refried beans
3/4 cup sour cream
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup black olives, sliced
1/3 cup tomatoes, diced
3/4 cup crunchy toppings, such as Doritos, Fritos, or tortilla chips (or use them all!)

Game Day BBQ Pretzel Cheese Ball
Ingredients
2 blocks cream cheese, softened
4 teaspoons BBQ seasoning / dry rub
1 1/2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
1 1/2 cups white cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons green onions, divided
1 1/2 cups crushed pretzels
1 slice white cheddar or string cheese
Instructions
Using a mixer on medium speed, beat the cream cheese until creamy. Add in the BBQ seasoning, BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese, and half the green onions. Mix until well combined.

We're sharing an easy DIY recipe for a soothing bath soak to help you open up your stuffy nose, clear your head, and relax your muscles! (It also makes a great gift or stocking stuffer.)
Soothing Vapor Bath Soak
Ingredients
2 cup Epson salt
1 cup baking soda
1 tablespoon coconut oil
15 drops eucalyptus essential oil
15 drops lavender essential oil
8 drops tea tree essential oil
