She helped negotiate a below asking price on the property we purchased. She then got our home we needed to sell on the market the next day and had us under contract within 2 days! I have never had a realtor pay as close attention to detail with my life situation or with the properties we looked at. Never! It really astonished me to be honest. In the past, I always felt like I had this person who seemingly was trying to help me, but ultimately wanted the deal done. Amy is the far opposite of that entire scenario. If you want someone who will be honest and has integrity for the process, I don't know another choice in Kansas City. I've bought and sold 4 of my own homes, and multiple rentals. I won't use anyone other than Amy moving forward.

If yall ever want a realtor that goes the extra mile and cares about your family, Shannon Cox is your girl! She is great at her job; very knowledgeable and professional. Very kind to my 6 year old son and included him in the viewing process. We've been in our home 3 years now and she still sends us the occasional little treats/cards for the holidays.
